Distant Reiki - does it work? ✨
Reiki is effective whether we are face to face or across the world. How? In the simplest terms, Reiki practitioners channel Reiki energy and direct it to the receiver. The beautiful thing about energy is that it is not limited by distance or time. Even though you might not be in the same room, city or even country as me, I can focus on you and send all that loving, healing, feel-good energy right where you need it.
As the receiver, you don’t have to do anything to feel the benefits. I think it’s nice to get quiet and still during the healing, but if you happen to be riding your bike, sitting at your desk or getting through your to-do list, your Reiki healing will still be effective.
